DSSSB Selection Process

The DSSSB selection process usually includes three stages as explained below. However, it may be noted that Two Tier exam and Skill Test might not be valid for some posts released by the commission.

One Tier Exam: This is a written test that contains objective-type questions on subjects such as General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Hindi Language & Comprehension, and English Language & Comprehension

Two Tier Exam: This stage further includes two stages:

• Tier-I exam: This is an objective-type test containing questions on similar subjects as in one tier exam
• Tier-II exam: This is typically a descriptive test related to the subject chosen by a candidate or qualification of a candidate

Skill Test: Skill test (sometimes also called as endurance test) is basically an interview round that is taken as per the requirement of the job.
